The music doesn’t need to stop just because of social distancing! Think about what kind of musical talent you have locally and invite a select few to entertain your mini crowd! More than ever, people are looking to support local, and you can too. Consider inviting various food trucks offering food from around the world to spice the night up a bit.

Fireworks

Add some sparkle to the evening sky, even though it’s not 4th of July! As long as you don’t have a fire ban in place, why not offer a fun evening of fireworks? Link up with a radio station in your community to offer a fun and funky playlist to enjoy for the night too. Don’t forget to advertise on social media as well.

Drive-In

2020 is the year of the Drive-in movie night for sure! It’s a perfect way to get out of the house and still practice social distancing. So many different places to choose from (local fairgrounds, community centers, golf resorts, and outdoor concert venues.) You may wish to invite a local gourmet popcorn company, dessert trucks and a have a cocktail bar too!

Corporate event planning includes a wide range of different event formats. So its no suprise that planning these various event types will require attention to different sets of details. Luckily, Fox AV knows all the things!

Let’s consider the social events such as awards dinners, golf outings, team building and holiday parties! All of which are more fun than informative, right? Then we have the more goal-specific events like town hall meetings, business updates, as well as investor presentations, just to touch on a few.

As for the social events category event, our planners have a bit more freedom, creatively speaking. There is less focus on time management efficiency and a bit more wiggle room so to speak. We generally can get a bit more creative with ambience as well!
