  • In Short, mostly the Southeast. Our warehouse and main office are located in Charleston and we have a remote office in St. Simons island GA. We service Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Kiawah Island and down through the South East including Savannah, Brunswick, St Simons Island, Sea Island, Jeckyl and beyond. Most of our services are concentrated around the low-country but we do have clients that prefer we travel with them and have covered events from Coast to Coast.

  • All of our full service events include all of the necessary equipment and gear that we stock but we only offer cross rentals to other approved B2B production firms. Please call for any further clarification.

  • Absolutely! We are able to provide a COI Certificate of Insurance for any event and frequently work in local venues that already have our information on file.

  • We handle your event from start to finish. Our crew of highly trained technicians will setup, test everything with safety and operation in mind. They will operate the equipment during your event, and strike after the event. You won’t need to worry about anything.

  • We require a 50% minimum deposit and contract signature to secure the date. This allows us to reserve the equipment required and schedule our crew. cription

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. Unfortunately we are unable to service events with less than a 2k budget but would be happy to offer recommendations of our friends that may be able to help description

  • We are typically more flexible in the Winter and Summer months, so 30 days notice is normally just fine, however, in Spring and Fall we get booked up very quickly and it’s common to secure your event 90 days out. A lot of our repeat customers take priority but always reach out to check the date.

  • Yes, we often site visit and provide these things utilizing the latest technology and tools to aide in visuals that closely mirror the actual event setup.
